COGNITION: The mental processes

In our day to day life ,we do lots of mental work which includes perception,
sensation, thinking, reasoning, problem solving etc . These processes occur from birth to before death. Initially extent of cognition is smaller and it increases with due course of development of child. COGNITION is the basis of all learnings. 
        Let's talk about sensation. What is sensation ? Sensation is nothing but receiving of stimulas from the surrounding and analysing ,recalling and inculcàtion to certain extent. Sensation held by Sense organs. All we have five sense organ 1) eye 2) ear 3) nose 4) tongue and 5) skin..........everybody already knows the role of five sense organs which makes the basis of cognition followed by learning.
